Put the block together before anyone else does
See who owns every lot on a block, which neighbors share an owner, and which ones are underbuilt, so an assemblage shows up on the map instead of in a spreadsheet.

- See what one owner already holdsOpen an owner and every parcel they hold lights up. Here, one partnership holds seven lots across two blocks.
- Check each lotUse, lot size, assessed value, last sale and how much of the lot is built. A 1% built lot reads differently from a full one.
- Know what the rules allowTurn on zoning, FEMA flood zones, historic districts and building outlines over the parcel lines.
