Questions
How is the target score calculated?
Each parcel gets points for signals that tend to come before a sale: unpaid taxes and liens, a sheriff sale listing, condemnation, open code cases, years since the last sale, an out-of-state or absentee owner, no recent building permits and a lot that's underbuilt. The score runs from 0 to 100 and every point is listed next to it.
Can I see who owns a property held in an LLC?
Yes. Deedplat matches companies to the managers and officers in state business filings, then links each person to everything else they own in the county.
Does Deedplat include owner phone numbers?
Where we have phone numbers and emails for an owner, Deedplat shows them on the owner's record for outreach.
