Questions

Who is the Organization plan for?

Land banks, redevelopment authorities, boroughs, towns, lenders and community development groups. It covers the counties you need, with unlimited seats, data feeds and exports, and is priced to your coverage.

Can we request records Deedplat doesn't have?

Yes. Data requests, like a town's code records, are included on the Organization plan. We file the request, clean the records and add them to your map.

Is there a list of tax sale property?

Yes. Tax sale and repository lists are mapped as each list comes out, where the county publishes them.
